If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Cote des Blancs. Head northwest on D9 toward D2. Continue on D2 for about 10 km until you reach Rouen. Once in Rouen, follow signs for 'Centre Ville' and merge onto Boulevard de l'Yser. Continue straight and take a slight left onto Rue du Champ des Oiseaux. The Paroisse Saint Romain will be on your left at 17 Rue du Champ des Oiseaux. There is street parking available, but be prepared to pay for parking during the day.

To reach Paroisse Saint Romain using public transport, begin at the nearest bus stop in Cote des Blancs. Take the bus route that heads towards Rouen, which should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Rouen, disembark at the 'Gare Routière' stop. From there, you can either walk (about 15 minutes) or catch tram line T1 toward 'Technopôle' and get off at the 'Gare' stop. From the tram stop, head east on Rue de la République until you reach Rue du Champ des Oiseaux. The church will be on your right at number 17. Make sure to check the local bus and tram schedules to avoid long waits.
