Car
If you're driving from Évreux, take the A13 motorway towards Rouen. Continue on the A13 for approximately 40 kilometers. Once you reach Rouen, take exit 22 towards Rouen Centre. After exiting, follow the signs for the city center. Continue straight until you reach the Rue de la Pucelle. The Pl. de la Pucelle will be on your right. There is available parking nearby, but it can get crowded, so consider arriving early.
Public Transportation
To reach Pl. de la Pucelle by public transportation from Le Havre, take the train from Gare de Le Havre to Gare de Rouen-Rives. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Upon arriving at Gare de Rouen-Rives, exit the station and walk towards the Rue de la Pucelle, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Just follow the signs towards the city center, and you will find the square on your left as you approach.

If you are already in Rouen's city center, walking to Pl. de la Pucelle is straightforward. Start from the Rouen Cathedral, located on Place de la Cathédrale.
