From the Dijon train station (Gare de Dijon), exit the station and head southwest on Rue des Godrans. Continue straight for approximately 800 meters until you reach Place de la République. The Monument Sadi Carnot is located in the center of the square. This walk takes about 10-15 minutes. From Dijon's city center at Place de la Libération, walk east along Rue de la Liberté for about 600 meters. Turn right onto Rue de la Préfecture, continue straight, and you will reach Place de la République. The Monument Sadi Carnot is situated in the middle of the square. This walk takes about 8-12 minutes.

Public Transport
You can take tram line T1 or T2 from any tram stop in Dijon. Get off at the 'République' or 'Drapeau' stop. From République, the monument is a short walk away. From Drapeau, walk about 400 meters southeast on Rue de la République until you reach Place de la République. The Monument Sadi Carnot will be in the square. A single tram or bus ticket costs €1.40 and is valid for one hour. You can purchase tickets at tram stops or on the bus.
