Car
If you're traveling by car, start on the A36 highway. From Besançon, take exit 3 towards D67 and follow signs for Arc-et-Senans. Continue on D67 until you reach Grande Rue in Arc-et-Senans. The Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans will be on your right-hand side. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach the Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans via public transportation, take a train from Besançon to the Arc-et-Senans train station. Check the train schedules online or at the station for the latest times. Upon arrival at Arc-et-Senans station, exit and walk along Rue de la Gare towards Grande Rue (approximately 10 minutes walk). Once you reach Grande Rue, turn left, and the Saline Royale will be ahead.
Car
From Dole, head north on the D109 towards the A39. Merge onto A36 towards Besançon, and then take exit 3 for D67 toward Arc-et-Senans. Continue on D67 and follow the signs to Grande Rue. The Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans will be visible as you approach the town center.
Public Transportation
If you're coming from Dijon, take a train to Besançon. From Besançon, transfer to a train heading to Arc-et-Senans. Once you arrive at the Arc-et-Senans train station, exit and walk towards Grande Rue, which will take about 10 minutes. Turn left on Grande Rue, and you will find the Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans.
