Car
If you are driving, start from Chamonix. Take the N205 towards Cluses, and then take the N202 towards Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval. Follow the signs for Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval. Once you arrive in the village, follow the signs for Cascade du Rouget. You will reach a parking area near the waterfall. Please note that parking may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
From Chamonix, take a bus (line 98 or 99) to Cluses. From Cluses, transfer to the bus heading to Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval (check the local schedule for the exact route and timings). Upon reaching Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, it's about a 30-minute walk to the waterfall. Follow the signs towards Cascade du Rouget, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
