Walking
If you are starting from the Grenoble train station (Gare de Grenoble), exit the station and head south on Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach Place de la Gare. From there, take a left onto Rue de la Liberté. Walk straight until you arrive at Place Victor Hugo. At this square, you can see the large fountain. Continue walking straight on Rue de la Liberté, which becomes Rue de la République. After a few minutes, you will reach Place de Lavalette.
