If you are driving, start by getting onto the A6 or A10 motorway towards Paris. Follow the signs to Paris Centre. Once you reach the city, use the ring road (Périphérique) and take the exit towards Porte de Saint-Michel. After exiting, follow Avenue de l'Observatoire and then turn onto Rue de Vaugirard. Continue straight until you reach Rue de Médicis, where you will find the entrance to Jardin du Luxembourg. Parking in the area can be challenging, so look for parking garages nearby or use street parking if available.

Metro
To reach Jardin du Luxembourg via public transportation, take Metro Line 4 (the purple line) and get off at the 'Saint-Sulpice' station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Luxembourg Gardens. You will need to head northwest on Rue de Saint-Sulpice, then turn left onto Rue de Vaugirard. The entrance to the Jardin du Luxembourg will be on your right after a short walk. Alternatively, you can also take Metro Line 10 and get off at 'Luxembourg' station, which is directly adjacent to the gardens.

If you prefer to take the bus, you can catch Bus Line 21, 27, or 38. Board the bus at any stop along the route and ride until you reach the 'Luxembourg' stop. From the bus stop, it’s just a short walk to the entrance of Jardin du Luxembourg. Simply walk towards the park entrance which is clearly marked.

RER Train
For those coming from outside central Paris, take the RER B train towards Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Get off at the 'Luxembourg' station. Upon exiting the station, you can find the entrance to Jardin du Luxembourg just a few minutes' walk away. Head towards Rue de Médicis, and you'll see the park entrance ahead.
