If you're traveling by car, head towards Montignac-Lascaux. From the center of Limoges, take the A20 highway towards Brive-la-Gaillarde. Continue on the A20 for about 90 km, then take exit 51 towards Montignac. Follow the D706 road directly into Montignac. Once in Montignac, follow signs for 'Lascaux II'. The entrance is located at 488 chemin de la Grotte, which is well-marked. There is parking available on site, and note that there may be a fee for parking.
