Follow the D704 until you reach the junction with the D47 road, which leads to Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac. Continue on the D47 for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signs for 'Grotte de Rouffignac' as you approach the village. The cave is located at Grotte de Rouffignac, 24580 Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac. There is parking available near the entrance.
