If driving, navigate towards the town of Villars. From Périgueux, take the D710 west for approximately 18 km, then turn left onto the D46 towards Villars. Follow the D46 for about 2 km; signs for Villars Cave will be visible. Ample parking is available near the cave entrance. Parking is free.

Public Transport
To reach Villars Cave via public transport, take a train from Périgueux to Thiviers. From Thiviers, taxis are available to reach the cave. The taxi fare will be approximately €40-€60. Alternatively, from Périgueux, take the line 313 bus to LR PERIGUEUX-Gare SNCF(1), walk to Perigueux, take the train to Thiviers, then take the taxi to Villars Cave.

If you are in the village of Villars, you can walk to the cave. It's approximately a 25-minute walk from the village center. Head southwest on the D46 road, following the signs to the cave. The path is well-marked.
