Getting There

Walking
From the Sanctuaries of Lourdes, head south on Avenue Monseigneur Théas towards Rue de la Grotte. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Grotte. Turn left onto Rue de la Grotte and follow it until you reach the bridge over the river Gave de Pau. Cross the bridge and continue along the riverbank, enjoying the views. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will see a path leading uphill to your right. Take this path, which will lead you to the Point of view. It will take approximately 15 minutes to reach the viewpoint from the bridge.

From the Lourdes train station, take bus line 1 towards the Sanctuaries. Get off at the stop named 'Cité Saint-Pierre'. From there, walk towards Avenue Monseigneur Théas and continue on the same route as described above. This will take you along the scenic route to Point of view, with a total walking time of about 30 minutes after the bus ride. A single bus ticket costs around €2.
