If you are traveling by car in Luberon, you will want to head towards Rousset. From places like Gordes or Bonnieux, take the D2 road towards Apt, then merge onto the D943 towards Aix-en-Provence. Continue on the D943 until you see signs for Rousset. Once in Rousset, look for Chemin du Pavillon, which is off Route de Peynier. Follow Chemin du Pavillon until you reach Domaine Terre de Mistral. There is ample parking available on-site.
