Getting There

  • Train

    Start your journey at the Lyon Part-Dieu train station, which is easily accessible by metro (Line B to Part-Dieu). From the station, take a train towards 'Meximieux - Pérouges' on the TER line. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pérouges - Meximieux station, exit the station and follow the signs towards Pérouges, which is about a 20-minute walk. You will walk along the D17 road; keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the historic village of Pérouges.

    From Lyon, head to the Lyon Part-Dieu bus terminal. You can take the bus line 19 towards 'Meximieux'. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop for Pérouges, you will need to walk for around 15 minutes to reach the village. Follow the main road signs towards Pérouges, and you will find the entrance to the village shortly.
