From the center of Marseille, take the A50 highway towards Toulon. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit toward Cassis (D559). Follow the D559 for about 15 kilometers, passing through the charming village of Cassis. Once you reach Cassis, look for signs directing you to the 'Calanques'. There are various parking areas near the Calanques, but be aware that they may charge a parking fee, typically around €5-€10 depending on the season. Park your car and follow the marked hiking trails leading to Calanque des Eaux Salées, which is approximately a 30-minute hike from the parking area.

Start at the Marseille Saint-Charles train station. Take the train towards Cassis, which runs frequently. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Cassis station, exit and head towards the bus stop. Take the bus number 21 towards 'Cassis - Port'. The bus will take you to the port area where you can find signs for hiking trails. Follow the signs toward Calanque des Eaux Salées, which is about a 30-minute hike from the port. Ensure you check the bus schedule for your return trip, as services may be limited in the evening.
