If you're traveling by car, you can navigate to Itinérance Pyrénées located at 6 Rouzaud, 09000 Cos. From Toulouse, take the A61 highway towards Carcassonne. Merge onto the A66 towards Pamiers. Continue on the A66 until you reach Exit 7 for D119 towards Tarascon-sur-Ariège. Follow D119 until you reach Cos. The location will be on your right. Parking is available nearby.

To reach Itinérance Pyrénées via public transportation, start by taking a train from Toulouse Matabiau station to Pamiers. The journey takes about 1 hour and trains run frequently. Once you arrive at Pamiers, transfer to a local bus (Line 22) heading towards Tarascon-sur-Ariège. Get off at the stop 'Cos'. Itinérance Pyrénées is a short walk from the bus stop at 6 Rouzaud. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance for timings.
