The ride takes about 12 minutes, dropping you off a short walk from the entrance. This service is included in the parking fee.

Alternatively, from the Mont Saint-Michel visitor parking area, you can walk to Mont Saint-Michel. Follow the designated footpaths; 'La Lisière', 'les Berges du Couesnon' or the central route. The walk takes approximately 40-50 minutes and offers scenic views of the bay. Note that walking across the sands without a guide is extremely dangerous due to quicksand and rapidly changing tides.
