Once there, take a train to Metz, which typically takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at Metz station, exit the station and head southwest on Rue Pierre D'Arsonval. Continue straight until you reach Place de la Gare. From there, walk along Rue de la Citadelle, and the Palais du Gouverneur Militaire will be on your right at 9 Rue de la Citadelle.
