If you are starting from the Promenade des Anglais, walk northeast towards Avenue de Verdun. Once you reach Avenue de Verdun, turn left and continue straight until you reach Place Massena. From Place Massena, head towards Rue de la Liberté and walk until you reach the Old Town (Vieux Nice). Continue on Rue de la Préfecture until you see the Cathedral Sainte-Réparate on your left. The entrance to Crypte de Nice is located at 1 Place Jacques Toja, just a short walk from the Cathedral.

If you prefer to take public transport, catch Tram Line 1 (the Tramway) at any nearby stop and get off at the 'Place Massena' stop. From there, walk towards Rue de la Liberté and continue straight until you reach the Old Town. Follow Rue de la Préfecture past the Cathedral Sainte-Réparate, and you will find Crypte de Nice at 1 Place Jacques Toja.

If you are arriving at Nice Ville Train Station, exit the station and turn left onto Avenue Thiers. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Jean Jaurès. Cross Boulevard Jean Jaurès and continue straight onto Rue de la Liberté. Walk until you reach Place Massena, then follow the directions above to Rue de la Préfecture and Crypte de Nice.
