Walking

If you are starting from the Promenade des Anglais, head east towards Avenue de Verdun. Continue walking along Avenue de Verdun until you reach Place Masséna. From there, take Rue de l'Opéra and walk straight until you reach Rue Saint-François de Paule. Turn left onto Rue Saint-François de Paule, and you will find the Théâtre National de Nice at 4-6 Pl. Saint-François on your right.
Bus

If you are near the Nice Ville train station, you can take Bus Line 38. Board the bus and ride it for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop 'Garibaldi'. From there, walk down Avenue de la République towards Place Garibaldi. Once at Place Garibaldi, continue to Rue Saint-François de Paule and turn right. The Théâtre National de Nice will be on your left at 4-6 Pl. Saint-François.
Tram

From the Nice Ville train station, take Tram Line 1 towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Get off at the 'Masséna' stop. From there, walk straight towards Place Masséna, then take Rue de l'Opéra.
