If you're starting from the Promenade des Anglais, head east towards Avenue de Verdun. Continue straight on Avenue de Verdun until you reach Place Massena. At Place Massena, take the exit towards Rue de l'Opéra and walk straight until you reach Rue de la Préfecture. Turn left onto Rue de la Préfecture and walk until you reach Place Jacques Toja. The Crypte de Nice will be located at 1 Place Jacques Toja, visible from the square.
Public Transportation - Tram
If you prefer taking public transport, board the Tram Line 1 at any tram stop along the route. Get off at 'Place Massena'. From there, exit the tram station and head towards Rue de l'Opéra. Walk straight along Rue de l'Opéra until you reach Rue de la Préfecture. Turn left onto Rue de la Préfecture and continue until you arrive at Place Jacques Toja. The Crypte de Nice is located at 1 Place Jacques Toja.
Bus
You can take bus number 7 or number 15 to the 'Opéra' bus stop. After getting off, walk towards Rue de l'Opéra. Continue straight until you reach Rue de la Préfecture.
