If you are starting from Nice's Old Town (Vieux Nice), head towards the Promenade des Anglais. From the promenade, walk inland and follow Rue Saint-François de Paule until you reach Place Rossetti. From there, continue along Rue de la Préfecture. Take a left onto Rue Saint-André, where the Tour Saint-François is located at the end of the street at 2-3 Rle Saint-André.

To reach Tour Saint-François using public transport, take Tram Line 1 from the 'Massena' stop (located in the city center) towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Get off at the 'Cathedrale - Vieille Ville' stop. From there, walk towards the Old Town, passing through Place Rossetti. Continue along Rue de la Préfecture and take a left onto Rue Saint-André, where you'll find the Tour Saint-François at 2-3 Rle Saint-André.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many Vélo Bleu stations in Nice. Start from the station at Place Massena and head towards the Promenade des Anglais. Cycle along the promenade and then take a left at Rue de la Préfecture leading you towards the Old Town. Continue straight, and when you reach Place Rossetti, take a left onto Rue Saint-André. The Tour Saint-François is at the end of this street.
