From the central area of Port of Nice, head southeast towards Rue Cassini. Walk along Rue Cassini until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Préfecture. Turn left onto Rue de la Préfecture and continue straight until you reach Place Garibaldi. The square will be on your right at the end of the street, marked by its iconic architecture.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch the Lignes d'Azur bus number 5 from the Port of Nice. Board the bus at the stop named 'Port'. After about 5 minutes, disembark at the stop 'Garibaldi'. From there, it’s just a short walk to Place Giuseppe Garibaldi. Please note that a single ticket costs approximately €1.50, and you can purchase it on the bus.

Another option is to take the tram. Walk to the nearest tram station, 'Port Lympia', which is located along the waterfront in Port of Nice. Board the tram line 1 heading towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. After just two stops, get off at 'Garibaldi'. Place Giuseppe Garibaldi is just a few steps away from the tram stop. The tram ticket costs around €1.50 and can be purchased at the tram station.
