If you are near the Promenade des Anglais, start walking east towards the direction of the sea. Continue straight along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Rue de France. Turn left onto Rue de France and continue walking until you reach Avenue de la Californie. Turn right onto Avenue de la Californie and continue until you reach the entrance of Parc Phœnix, which will be on your right at 405 Prom. des Anglais.

You can take the bus line 23 from the nearest bus stop on the Promenade des Anglais. Look for the bus stop labeled 'Promenade des Anglais / Le Negresco'. Board the bus and ride until you reach the stop 'Avenue de la Californie / Parc Phœnix'. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes, and a single ticket costs around €1.50.

You can also take the tram line 2 from the nearest tram station 'Jean Médecin'. Board the tram heading towards 'Aéroport / Promenade des Anglais'. Once you reach the 'Aéroport' stop, transfer to the bus line 23 at the nearby bus stop. Take the bus to 'Avenue de la Californie / Parc Phœnix'. The tram ride is about 10 minutes, and the bus will take an additional 10 minutes. A ticket for the tram will also cost around €1.50.
