From the center of Nîmes, start at the Place de la République. Head southeast on Rue de la République towards Rue de l’Horloge. Continue straight until you reach the train station, Gare de Nîmes. Once at the Gare de Nîmes, take a regional train towards Montpellier. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Montpellier’s Gare Saint-Roch, exit the train station and head southeast onto Rue de la République. Continue walking straight for about 1 km until you reach the Place de la Comédie. From there, take Rue de l'Université, which leads you directly to Rue en Rouan. The Ancien Amphithéâtre Saint Come will be on your left at 1 Rue en Rouan.

From the center of Nîmes, go to the bus station (Gare Routière), which is located near the train station. Take the LIO bus line 109 towards Montpellier. This bus route will take approximately 45 minutes. Disembark at the Montpellier, Gare Saint-Roch stop. From there, walk southeast onto Rue de la République for about 1 km until you reach the Place de la Comédie. Take Rue de l'Université directly to Rue en Rouan, where the Ancien Amphithéâtre Saint Come is located at 1 Rue en Rouan.
