Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near a metro station, take Line 2 (the blue line) towards Nation. Get off at the 'Anvers' station. From Anvers, exit the station and walk towards the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Once you reach the basilica, continue walking downhill along the Rue du Mont-Cenis, then turn right onto Rue Cortot. The Musée de Montmartre will be on your left at 12 Rue Cortot.

  • Bus

    You can take Bus 30 or Bus 31 from various points in Paris. If you board the bus at the 'Gare Saint-Lazare', get off at the 'Place du Tertre' stop. From there, walk down the Rue de la Vieuville, then turn left onto Rue Cortot. The Musée de Montmartre will be on your right at 12 Rue Cortot.

  • Walking

    If you are already in the Montmartre area, you can walk to the museum. From the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, head downhill towards Rue du Mont-Cenis. Turn right onto Rue Cortot, and you will find the Musée de Montmartre at number 12 on your left.

  • Tram

    Take Tram T3b and get off at the 'Porte de Vincennes' stop. Transfer to Metro Line 3 at 'Porte de Vincennes' towards 'Gallieni'. Ride to 'République' and change to Line 9 towards 'Mairie de Montreuil'. Get off at 'Grands Boulevards' and switch to Line 2 towards 'Nation'. Alight at 'Anvers' station and follow the previously mentioned walking directions to the museum.
