Metro
If you're starting from Gare de Lyon, take Metro Line 1 towards La Défense. At Châtelet station, transfer to Line 4 (the dark blue line) towards Porte de Clignancourt. Get off at the next stop, Odéon. From there, walk northwest on Rue de l'Ancienne Comédie towards Rue de la Sorbonne. Continue straight until you reach 17 Rue de la Sorbonne, where the Observatory is located.

From the Louvre Museum, catch Bus 21 from the Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre stop. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop at Rue de la Sorbonne. Once you exit, walk a short distance along Rue de la Sorbonne until you arrive at 17 Rue de la Sorbonne, the location of the Observatory.

Walking
If you are near the Luxembourg Gardens, exit the gardens and head east on Rue de Médicis and continue until you reach Rue de l'Observatoire. Turn left and walk up to Rue de la Sorbonne. Turn right onto Rue de la Sorbonne, and you will find the Observatory at 17 Rue de la Sorbonne.

From Gare Saint-Lazare, take the RER A train towards Château de Versailles. At Châtelet - Les Halles, switch to Metro Line 4 towards Porte de Clignancourt. Get off at Odéon station. From there, walk northwest on Rue de l'Ancienne Comédie towards Rue de la Sorbonne, and continue straight to reach 17 Rue de la Sorbonne.
