If you are starting from the Arc de Triomphe, head southeast on Avenue des Champs-Élysées until you reach Place Charles de Gaulle. From there, take Avenue de la Grande Armée and continue until you reach Boulevard de Courcelles. Turn left at Boulevard de Courcelles and walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Parc Monceau.
