Take Line 2 (the blue line) of the Paris Metro and get off at the 'Anvers' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs leading to 'Montmartre' and 'Sacré-Cœur'. Head towards Rue de Steinkerque, which is a steep street that leads up to the Basilica of Sacré-Cœur. Continue walking up this street until you reach the basilica. From there, head to the left side of the basilica, following the signs to 'Place du Tertre'. This will take you through the charming streets of Montmartre until you arrive at Place du Tertre, where you can enjoy the artists and atmosphere.

Take Bus 30 or 31 from any central location in Paris (for example, from Gare Saint-Lazare). Get off at the 'Lamarck - Caulaincourt' stop. From there, walk up Rue Lamarck, which will lead you directly to the steps that take you up to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Continue past the basilica and follow the signs to 'Place du Tertre'. The walk will be steep but enjoyable, with plenty of scenic views of the city.
