Getting there

Metro

Take Line 2 (the purple line) to 'Anvers' station. Once you exit the train, take the stairs to the street level. From the station, walk straight and follow the signs toward Sacré-Cœur. Ascend the hill and follow the path towards the Basilica. After visiting the Basilica, continue walking downhill to reach Place du Tertre. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Basilica.

Bus

Catch Bus 30 or 31 from various locations around Paris. If you’re near Gare Saint-Lazare, take Bus 30 towards 'Gare de l'Est'. Get off at the stop 'Blanche'. From there, walk towards the Moulin Rouge, then head up Rue Lepic until you reach Place du Tertre. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

Walking

If you are in the Montmartre area, you can easily walk to Place du Tertre. Start from the Sacré-Cœur Basilica and head downhill towards Rue du Chevalier de la Barre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue des Abbesses, then turn left. Follow this street until you arrive at Place du Tertre. This scenic walk takes about 15 minutes.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Paris. Simply tell the driver 'Place du Tertre, Montmartre'. The taxi will take you directly to the square. Depending on traffic, this should take about 15-30 minutes from central Paris.
