From Toulouse, take a train to Foix (approximately 1 hour). From Foix, take a local bus towards Prayols, but check the timetable ahead of your visit as the bus may run infrequently. From Foix, take the D119 road towards Prayols. After about 20 km, continue on the D119 until you reach the village of Prayols. Follow the directional signs towards the Cascade de la Piche.
