If arriving from Bourg-Madame, take the liO Occitanie bus to Porta - Parking RN20. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the village center and then follow the walking directions to the Château de Carol. Bus fare is approximately €2.

If driving, head towards Porta in the Pyrénées-Orientales. From Ax-les-Thermes, take the D20 west for approximately 25 km until you reach Porta.
