    From the center of Sassenage, follow the signs towards Grotte les Cuves. The walk to the ticket office takes about 20-30 minutes, following a pleasant, shaded path alongside the Furon torrent. Note that the path is a gradual uphill climb.

  • Driving

    From the A48 autoroute, take the Sassenage exit. Follow signs to the center of Sassenage. During peak season (May 1 to September 30), parking near the caves is restricted. Use the parking at Furon bas (rue François Guérin). From the parking area, it is a 20-30 minute walk to the cave entrance. Parking fees vary, but expect to pay around €2-€4 per hour.
