Start from the Strasbourg Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg). Exit the cathedral square and head southeast on Place de la Cathédrale towards Rue Mercière. Turn left onto Rue Mercière and continue straight until you reach Place du Marché aux Fleurs. From there, take Rue du Vieux-Marché-aux-Poissons heading northeast. Continue walking until you arrive at the picturesque Petite France area. Follow the signs for the tram station 'Homme de Fer'. Take Tram Line B towards 'Lingolsheim' and get off at 'Barrage Vauban'. Walk towards Rue du Vieux-Marché-aux-Poissons, then take Rue de l'Église de Saint-Thomas until you reach St. Mary's Church. The church will be on your right.

If you are near the central train station (Gare de Strasbourg), exit the station and head to the tram stop located just outside, 'Gare Centrale'. Take Tram Line A towards 'Illkirch Lixenbuhl'. After two stops, get off at 'Homme de Fer'. From there, transfer to Tram Line B towards 'Lingolsheim'. Get off at 'Barrage Vauban'. Walk towards Rue du Vieux-Marché-aux-Poissons, then take Rue de l'Église de Saint-Thomas. Continue straight until you reach St. Mary's Church on your right.
