Getting There

Train
The closest train station is Onzain-Chaumont-sur-Loire. From Paris Austerlitz, direct trains take approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. From Tours, the train ride is about 20-30 minutes. From the station, you can walk to the Domaine in approximately 45 minutes. During the summer, a shuttle bus (Azalys) operates between the train station and the Domaine for around 4€ round trip. A taxi from the station is also an option. Train tickets from Paris to Onzain range from 25€ to 40€.

Car
If driving from Paris, take the A10 motorway and exit at Blois (exit 17). From Bordeaux, also use the A10, exiting at Blois (exit 20). Follow the D952 or D751 to Chaumont-sur-Loire. Free parking is available near the château entrance. Parking is also available in the village of Chaumont-sur-Loire and along the banks of the Loire. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak season.
