Continue straight until you reach the 'Versailles Rive Gauche' train station, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the station, take the RER C train towards Paris. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at 'Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame' station. From there, walk east towards the Seine River, and continue until you reach the 'Pl. de l'Hôtel de Ville' in Paris, which is located at 75004 Paris.

From the Palace of Versailles, walk to the nearest bus stop 'Palais de Versailles' located just outside the gates. Take bus line 171 towards 'La Verrière'. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Pont de Sèvres' and transfer to metro line 9. Take the metro towards 'Mairie de Montreuil' and disembark at 'Champs-Élysées - Clemenceau'. Finally, transfer to line 1 and travel towards 'La Défense' until you reach 'Hôtel de Ville' station. Exit the station and walk to 'Pl. de l'Hôtel de Ville' located at 75004 Paris.
