You can take bus number 21 or 27. Both routes have stops near the Palais de la Cité. If you are on bus number 21, get off at 'Cité - Palais de Justice'. If you're on bus number 27, get off at 'Pont Saint-Michel'. From either stop, walk towards the Boulevard du Palais, which leads directly to the monument.

If you are in the vicinity of Île de la Cité (for example, visiting Notre-Dame), you can walk to the Tour de l'Horloge. Head towards the western side of the island and follow the signs for the Palais de la Cité. The monument is located at the end of Boulevard du Palais, making it a pleasant 10-minute walk.
