Walking
From the center of Versailles, head towards the Rive Droite train station (Gare de Versailles-Rive Droite). After a few stops, change to the Metro Line 7 at 'Châtelet' station towards 'Villejuif - Louis Aragon'. Get down at the 'Opéra' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for Pl. de l'Opéra, which is located just a short walk away.
Bus
From the center of Versailles, make your way to the main bus stop, 'Gare de Versailles-Chantiers'. Here, take the Bus Line 171 towards 'La Défense'. Stay on the bus until you reach 'La Defense' and then transfer to the Metro Line 1. Take the Metro towards 'Château de Vincennes'. After a few stops, transfer at 'Châtelet' to the Metro Line 7 towards 'Villejuif - Louis Aragon'. Get off at 'Opéra' station. Exit the station, and you will find yourself at Pl. de l'Opéra.
