Several bus lines stop near Place Vendôme. You can take lines 20, 21, 45, 72, or 93 to stops near Place Vendôme, such as Madeleine or Opéra. A single bus ticket costs €2.
Walking
Place Vendôme is located near the Jardin des Tuileries and the Opéra Garnier, making it easily accessible by foot. From the Tuileries Garden, walk north towards Rue de Castiglione, which leads directly to the Place. From the Opéra Garnier, walk along Rue de la Paix towards the Place. Both walks are approximately 5-10 minutes.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Paris. A short taxi ride from a nearby location such as the Louvre Museum or Gare du Nord to Place Vendôme will typically cost between €8 and €15, depending on traffic and time of day. Keep in mind that there is a pick-up charge of €4.
Parking
Parking near Place Vendôme can be challenging and expensive. On-street parking is available but limited, with rates of €6 for 1 hour and €12 for 2 hours, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 to 20:00. Several underground parking garages are located nearby, including Indigo Vendôme at 28 Place Vendôme. Expect to pay premium rates for these garages.
