    Walking

    The Mont Pahia trailhead is located near Vaitape, the main village of Bora Bora. From the Vaitape ferry dock, head inland, following the main road. Continue towards the mountain, keeping an eye out for the Eurocar rental. Turn right at Eurocar to find the path. The path is marked with red and white ribbons on trees every 10-15 meters. Be prepared for a challenging climb with steep inclines. It is highly recommended to hire a local guide. Cost: Hiring a guide can range from $100-$200+.

    From your resort or accommodation, take a taxi to Vaitape. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Eurocar rental, which serves as a starting point for the Mont Pahia trail.
