Half day whale watching | Without launch
**Ein tolles Erlebnis mit den Walen**
Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Erlebnis und tatsächlich das Glück, zwei Wale zu sehen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Ausflug noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das einzige Problem war der Buchungsvorgang. Bei der Buchung gab es offenbar zwei Möglichkeiten: entweder auf dem Boot zu bleiben und die Wale zu beobachten oder mit den Walen zu schwimmen. Leider konnte ich beim Buchen aus irgendeinem Grund nicht zwischen diesen beiden Optionen wählen. Das war etwas verwirrend. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten bei der Buchung klar erklärt würden und man die gewünschte Option direkt auswählen könnte. Insgesamt war es ein tolles Erlebnis, und die zwei Wale zu sehen, war definitiv ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise. Ich kann den Ausflug empfehlen, hoffe aber, dass der Buchungsvorgang künftig verbessert wird, damit die verfügbaren Optionen für alle Reisenden klar ersichtlich sind.
