Car
If you are traveling by car from central Libreville, head southeast on Avenue de la République towards Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Continue on this road for approximately 4 km. Once you reach the intersection with Avenue de l’Indépendance, turn left and continue for another 2 km. Look for signs directing you to Cathédrale Sainte Marie, which will be on your left side at the coordinates 0.4027592, 9.4362313. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Cathédrale Sainte Marie using public transportation, take a minibus (called 'taxi-brousse') from the central bus station in Libreville heading towards the city center. The fare is around 500 CFA francs. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at 'Cathédrale Sainte Marie' or near the intersection of Avenue de l’Indépendance and Avenue du Général de Gaulle. From there, it is a short walk (approximately 500 meters) to the cathedral, which is located at CC3P+4F5, Libreville.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of the cathedral, you can simply walk there. From the nearest bus stop on Avenue de l’Indépendance, head northwest towards Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Turn left onto Avenue du Général de Gaulle, and continue walking for about 200 meters. The Cathédrale Sainte Marie will be on your right side.
