From the Mtirala National Park visitor center in Chakvistavi, the Tsablnari Waterfall is accessible via a well-marked 7-kilometer loop trail. Follow the path along the Chakvistskali River, enjoying the lush forest scenery. The hike is considered easy to moderate, but sturdy shoes are recommended due to potentially slippery conditions and small stream crossings. There is also a mechanical cable car for a small fee (2 GEL) that takes you across the Chakvistskali River.

Public Transport

To reach Tsablnari Waterfall via public transport, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Batumi to Chakvi. Minibuses to Chakvi depart from near the lower station of the Argo cable car in Batumi. From Chakvi, you can hire a taxi to the Mtirala National Park visitor center in Chakvistavi. The taxi fare from Chakvi to the visitor center is approximately 20-30 GEL. From the visitor center, follow the walking guidance to the waterfall.

Taxi

From Batumi, a taxi directly to Mtirala National Park costs approximately 40 GEL. It is advisable to arrange for the taxi to wait for the return journey, as it can be difficult to find a taxi for the return trip from the park. Negotiate the waiting time and return fare in advance. A round trip with a 2-hour wait will cost around 100 GEL.
