If you are driving from Batumi, take E70 towards Poti. After approximately 15 km, take the exit towards Gonio/Apsaros. Follow the signs for Gonio-Apsaros Fortress. The fortress is located about 5 km from the main road, and there is ample parking available near the entrance.
