Driving
From Borjomi, follow the Borjomi-Bakuriani-Akhalkalaki Road. Turn off towards the village of Tsemi. Continue through Tsemi and Tba, taking the turn-off that leads directly to the viewpoint. There is parking space available near the viewpoint.
Public Transport
From Tbilisi, take a minibus to Tsemi from Didube bus station; the journey takes approximately 3 hours and costs around $5. From Tsemi, you may need to take a taxi or walk to the viewpoint, which is a few kilometers away. Confirm the final fare with the taxi driver before starting your journey. Alternatively, a train from Tbilisi to Tsipa will cost $4-10.
