Driving
From Borjomi, follow the Borjomi-Bakuriani-Akhalkalaki Road. Turn off towards Tsemi. Continue through Tsemi and Tba, following signs for Libani. There is space to park near the viewpoint. Note that the road is open year-round.
Public Transport
While the train to Libani is currently out of service, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) from Borjomi to nearby villages and then walk to the viewpoint. Check local schedules for availability and routes. The cost of a marshrutka ride within the region is typically around 2-3 GEL.
