If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Tbilisi. Head southeast on Rustaveli Avenue toward Gudiashvili Street. Continue onto Freedom Square and take a right onto Tsinandali Street. Follow the signs for the E60 highway toward Rustavi. After approximately 25 km, take the exit toward Tbilisi. Merge onto the E117 road and follow the signs to the center of Tbilisi. Once you reach Waterfall Square, park at a nearby parking area and walk to 21-23 Abano Street, where the Hawk & Pheasant Monument is located. Note that parking in Tbilisi can incur costs ranging from 1-2 GEL per hour.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) from the main bus station in Kvemo Kartli to Tbilisi.
