If you are driving from Rustavi, take the main highway (E60) towards Tbilisi. Follow the signs for Tbilisi and continue on E60 for about 20 km. Once you reach Tbilisi, take the exit toward Mtkvari River and merge onto Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave. Drive for approximately 3 km, and you will see the Jansug Kakhidze Tbilisi Center for Music and Culture on your left at 123a Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees.
