If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Kvemo Kartli. Head towards Tbilisi via the Tbilisi-Zhinvali Highway (E117). Continue on this road for about 30 km until you reach Tbilisi. Once in Tbilisi, follow the signs towards Vake-Saburtalo. When you reach the Vake area, look for the signs leading to Turtle Lake (Turtle Lake View). You will need to navigate through the streets until you reach the coordinates MQX4+JWJ, Tbilisi. Parking is generally available around the lake area.

To reach Turtle Lake View using public transportation, start at the central bus station in Kvemo Kartli. Take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Tbilisi. The ride should take around 30 to 40 minutes, costing approximately 2 GEL. Upon arriving at the Tbilisi bus station, transfer to a marshrutka or bus heading towards Vake-Saburtalo area. Once you reach the area, ask the driver to drop you off near Turtle Lake or follow the signs. The final stretch to Turtle Lake View is about a 15-minute walk.
