Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at Mtskheta's central square, where the main bus station is located. Head south on Aghmashenebeli Street towards the Mtkvari River. Continue straight until you reach the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge and continue walking straight. You will notice a sign for Tbilisi directing you to the right. Follow this road, which will lead you into Tbilisi. After walking about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Botanikuri Street. Turn left onto Botanikuri Street and walk for about 200 meters. The Tbilisi Juma Mosque will be on your left at 32 Botanical Street.

  • Public Transport (Marshrutka)

    From Mtskheta, walk to the bus station and catch a marshrutka heading to Tbilisi. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to 'Botanikuri Street'. The ride will take around 20 minutes. When you arrive in Tbilisi, get off at the stop closest to the Old Tbilisi area. From there, walk toward the river, then turn right and follow the road until you reach Botanikuri Street. Walk along Botanikuri Street for about 200 meters, and you will find the Tbilisi Juma Mosque on your left.
