From Tbilisi, take a minibus (marshrutka) from Didube station to Gori. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours and costs around 4 GEL. From Gori bus station, take another marshrutka to Kvakhvreli. This costs around 2-3 GEL and takes about 20 minutes. From Kvakhvreli, Uplistsikhe Winery is a 15-minute walk.
