If you're driving from Uplistsikhe, head south on the E117 highway. Follow the signs for Tskaltubo. Continue on E117 for approximately 25 km until you reach the town of Koda. From Koda, take the road towards Partskhisi and continue until you reach Manglisi. The Mesolithic Petroglyphs are located near Tsalka, approximately 10 km from Manglisi, accessible via local roads. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for rural driving conditions, as some roads may be unpaved.

To reach the Mesolithic Petroglyphs using public transport, start from Uplistsikhe and take a marshrutka (minibus) to Tbilisi. From Tbilisi, find a marshrutka heading to Tsalka. This will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Tsalka, you can hire a local taxi to take you to the petroglyphs, which are approximately 15 km away. Expect to pay around 20-30 GEL for the taxi ride. Ensure to confirm the taxi fare before starting your journey.
